Team Changes Week 6

Dropped Carnell Williams for Jonathan Dwyer.  With Mendenhall and Redman both injured he'll likely see a ton of carries for the Steelers.  Also with Chris Johnson on a bye I can really use a rb that will actually net some points.

Dropped Jacoby Jones for Hines Ward.  Jacoby Jones was far less reliable than I predicted.  It looks like Big Ben is remembering Hines Ward is still on the field and passing at him more.  Bit of a risk but hopefully those 2 TDs might mean he'll be a bigger part of the Steelers offense.

Dropped Denarius Moore for Jacoby Ford.  It's looking like Moore is moved down to 4th or 5th, starting to get almost no touches.  At least Ford has a better chance at 3rd WR.

Game Five - W

Everfree Shadowbolts at Let me see your TD's
EFSB: 121.20 LMSY: 20.40

This was probably my least satisfying win.  At least my other win's team's players just played bad.  This guy forgot to set his lineup and ended up with 5 bye's and a 6th not playing.  I was actually pretty lucky this week as far as numbers go.  Big Ben put up a monster 5 TDs (too bad he was on my bench (too bad it didn't matter)), BenJarvis put up 2 and a whole bunch of yards, CJ even managed to put up a TD.  Both my defenses got tons of points against each other, wallace put up a TD, looking pretty good.  Obviously there's a few holes.  Jacoby Jones produced far less than I expected, Denarius Moore didn't even touch the ball.  Looking into trades/waivers for these guys.

On a side note with BenJarvis' game this week he's looking like great trade material, might end up doing that.

Team Changes Week 5

In addition to the trade with the Equestria Wonderbolts I dropped Bernard Scott for Jacoby Jones.  With Cedric Benson no longer out keeping Bernard Scott is completely pointless, Jacoby Jones has some potential this week.  Easy call.

Trade with Equestria Wonderbolts

Trade:
Alex Smith (EFSB)               Jason Campbell (EWB)
Johnny Knox (EFSB)  :For:  Mohamed Massaquoi (EWB)
Plaxico Burress (EFSB)        Michael Crabtree (EWB)

With Big Ben's injured foot right now not sure how much I can trust him.  Big chance of him getting injured again, need to have a more reliable backup than Alex Smith.  Johnny Knox hasn't been producing as much as I think he should have and Plaxico Burress haven't been consistant at all (some weeks getting a bunch of yards and a TD, some weeks not touching the ball at all).  Jason Campbell looks to be a much more reliable backup and the other two WRs will be a nice chance of pace for my WR slots.  Looking forward to seeing this trade pay off.

Game Four - L

Everfree Shadowbolts at Plax vs Cheddar Bob
EFSB: 73.64 PVCB: 92.60

This was my worst week yet.  Opponent was within a defeat-able range and my team had its worst week yet.  In fact my team performed the worst out of every team this week.  On a positive note Chris Johnson and BenJarvis Green-Ellis finally threw some points on the board, gotta hope they can keep that up.  I was smart to put Hanson on my team as kicker, he had a great game.  Ton of negatives.  Big Ben and Mike Wallace just didn't play well at all.  Definitely looking for a trade to get a new starter QB.  Plax, Jermichael Finley and the Seattle D all did pretty awful.  Biggest disappointment this week: Cadillac Williams didn't even play.  I burned a Defense to get him and he doesn't even touch the ball.  Not happy about that at all.

Any way I could have won this game?  Possibly.  If I had started Alex Smith instead of Big Ben and Johnny Knox instead of Cadillac I would have gotten 92.6 points.  While this would have tied the score between my opponent and myself it depends on how the computer was rounding to determine if I had won.  He had an exact score of 92.6, if I had gotten a 92.61-92.64 I would have won.  So it was theoretically possible for me to have won, however the smart choice was to put in Big Ben instead of Alex Smith so I wouldn't have changed anything.

Looking to make a trade, freshen up my team.  Definitely need a new QB, possibly some new WRs.

My Team's Schedule

Figured I should also post my team's schedule for the season

League Standings

Just wanted to add league standings and also show how many teams we have in the league.  Looking at this also gives me a bit of relief that weeks 1 and 2 I was going up against a couple powerhouses.
